Light Bite ...

The fish at present time appear to be interested in a very small bait - wax worm, fly or small spawn bag.  The water is pretty clear and that may be impacting the visual presentation.  Also those doing the best are using very light leader line due to water clarity.

I personally use a 8lb main line, very small black barrel swivel and 4lb leader.  This requires a light drag setting on the reel to allow for quick runs and the rest is done by my 10 1/2 ft rod.

Good Luck!
